INSTALLATION
The compact dual plate check valve, disc-shaped design with reduced overall lengths allows for easy installation between flanges without additional pipe support.
Flange sealing is achieved using precision-machined surfaces or optional O-ring grooves, depending on the specification.

AIP Valve dual-plate design ensures rapid response to backflow and minimizes water hammer. Compact and lightweight construction: up to 80% lighter than conventional butterfly check valves. The wafer body fits between ANSI/ASME flanges, simplifying alignment and saving space. Spring-loaded plates ensure consistent closure even with vertical installation. Can be installed in both horizontal and vertical (upflow) pipelines. Low pressure drop ensures minimal energy loss in the system. The minimal number of moving parts ensures long service life with low maintenance. Available in Classes 125 and 150 and sizes from 50 mm to 600 mm
